how to redeem your funds

Please allow two full weeks for balance requests and processing.

how it works

As an active member of the BPDA, you may participate in various fundraisers throughout the year.

As you participate, the amount you raise will be tracked by the BDPA Account Manager throughout the year.

​

These funds can be used on a variety of costs as long as they support your child with their dance journey.

 

Types of costs that can be covered include:

- Dance school fees

- Choreography fees

- Dance exam fees

- Costumes, Dancewear

- Competition fees incl. hotel charges

- Dance convention fees

how to redeem

Below are the following steps to redeeming your funds:

Step 1: Fill out the BDPA Credit Redemption Form

​

Step 2: Email the completed form to the BDPA

Account Manager at redemptionforms@gmail.com

​

 Step 3: Amount of credit available will be confirmed by the BDPA Account Manager

​

Step 4: Form will then be forwarded to BDPA Treasurer by BDPA Account Manager

​

Step 5: Cheque will be issued to the approved recipient in the authorized amount

​

Step 6: Copies of the approved form will be given to the appropriate payee.
