bottle drives

Bottle drives are great fundraising opportunities for our dance families. We try to conduct at least one per month during the dance season (weather permitting).

Our bottle drive coordinator will coordinate the date, times, location and the arrival of the trailer to place the empties in.

Once the above is coordinated, an email will be sent out by the Bottle Drive coordinator to all BDPA members about the upcoming as well as asking for participants.

A few other details to note:

We required a minimum of 8 dancers, with a cap of 25 dancers per bottle drive.

The minimum age is 6 years.

If you have a child that is 6 years old, they require an adult to be with them the entire time of the bottle drive.

By signing up for the bottle drive, you are committing to the entire day (typically from 9:15am through to 3:00pm)

breaking out the share of profit

To be inclusive of all family dynamics the following outlines how the profits from the bottle drives will be distributed:

· 1 child no adult – 0.5 shares (if they are 7 years and older)

· 2 siblings with 1 adult – 2 full shares

· 1 child with 1 adult – 1 full share

· 3 siblings with 2 adult – 3 full shares

· 3 siblings with 1 adult – 2.5 shares
